With over 10 years of interior design experience, she has worked on commercial, educational, and residential projects that are both functional and inspiring. At ADC, she manages interior design projects, especially enjoying work that positively impacts the community. They earned their Bachelor’s Degree from American Intercontinental University, and draws inspiration from art, travel, culture, and meaningful time with family.

A Registered Architect, Holly-Lynn has contributed to a broad range of projects, from museums and community centers to workplace interiors and aviation. While earning her M.Arch at the University of Memphis, she learned the transformative power of design that is rooted in Place and driven by user experience. Her design process involves research and discovery, rigorous iteration, and LOTS of caffeine.

Jill Osterlund serves as ADC’s Bookkeeper, supporting the firm’s daily financial operations with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Her role helps ensure smooth accounting processes, reliable recordkeeping, and efficient internal operations across the firm.

Tiffany Taylor is an Assistant Project Manager at ADC with a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. She is passionate about using design to help shape and enhance the community she calls home. Inspired by travel and diverse architectural styles, she contributes to projects focused on thoughtful, community-driven design. Outside of architecture, she is also a DJ, fire performer, graphic designer, and event curator, bringing creativity and artistic energy to all of her pursuits.

Architect from the Central University of Venezuela, with a Master’s in Integrated Project Management and PMP certification. He has led projects across Venezuela, Panama, and the U.S., including high-end interiors, residential and commercial developments, and urban revitalization. At ADC, he manages public and private projects focused on sustainable design, construction efficiency, and improving quality of life through architecture.

Joselyn Gambetta is an Architectural Project Coordinator with a Bachelor of Design and Master of Architecture with a Sustainability Concentration from the University of Florida. She brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to ADC, supporting projects such as the Fort Pierce Sunrise Event Center renovation and affordable housing initiatives. Joselyn is passionate about purposeful, socially responsive design and is currently pursuing architectural licensure.

Rafael Caldera is ADC’s Design-Build Project Principal, leading projects with a strong balance of design insight, construction knowledge, and practical execution. His role helps ensure each project moves efficiently from concept to completion while maintaining ADC’s commitment to quality, collaboration, and thoughtful design.

Karin Ocampo is a Project Designer at ADC, contributing to the development of thoughtful, functional, and visually cohesive design solutions. She supports the project team through design exploration, coordination, and creative problem-solving, helping bring each project from concept to completion with care and attention to detail.

Samuel Tackuk is an Architect in Training at Architects Design Collaborative. He supports the ADC team through project development, design coordination, and technical documentation. With a growing foundation in architecture, Samuel brings a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to each project while continuing to develop his professional experience within the field.
